Licensing Policy

By approving a licensing request, the creator grants the brand a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the approved content solely for the specified purpose, duration, and channels selected at the time of request.

When a creator enables auto-approval, the creator authorizes the platform to automatically approve licensing requests that fall within the creator’s selected usage types, duration limits, modification permissions, and minimum payout threshold, without additional confirmation.

Once a license is approved and granted, it cannot be revoked, terminated, or withdrawn during the agreed license term, except as required by applicable law.

Brands may not use licensed content outside the approved scope, including unauthorized platforms, extended durations, or altered formats, without obtaining a new license or separate creator approval.

The platform acts solely as a facilitator of licensing agreements and payment processing and is not a party to the underlying intellectual property ownership of creator content.

Content modifications are limited to those explicitly permitted by the creator at the time of license approval. Any additional modifications require separate creator consent.
